The following fees are charged for services not provided under NHS Regulations

| Vaccination certificate | £25.00 |
| Fitness to travel report with/without examination | £66.00/£33.00 |
| Freedom from Infection certificate (plus any laboratory fee) | £30.00 |
| Private prescription (per item). The actual cost of drugs will be payable to the chemist. | £25.00 |
| Holiday cancellation form | £40.00 |
| Statement of fitness to attend gym etc | £40.00 |
