Update on current service: The all-new Patient Access is now up and running.
Sincere apologies if any of your patients have had difficulties accessing the service since we launched. We believe these issues have affected no more than 1% of Patient Access users and we have now resolved the large majority of them.
We’re so sorry for any inconvenience caused , please rest assured we are putting all available resource behind fixing any remaining issues.
If any patients are unable to log in to the Patient Access app on an Android tablet, please for the moment use the website at www.patientaccess.com where the full service is available – we are working on making these devices compatible with the app and expect this to be ready by the end of this week.''
