Our nurses can give you up to date travel advice and arrange for appropriate vaccinations/medicines. Please make an appointment well in advance of your travel date if you can. We normally recommend you come at least 6 weeks before you leave.
Some of these vaccinations are available free of charge but some are not covered by the NHS and will attract a fee.
Before you see the nurse you may want to consult this website to give you an idea of what you will need.
It will help the nurse if you have list of the countries you are visiting, what dates, and what activities you will be involved with.
You may wish to apply for a Euorpean Health Insurnace Card (EHIC) which entiltles you to reduced cost and sometimes free medical treatment in most European countries. To apply online click here.
